Refund Policy – INSUROMY

At INSUROMY, we provide digital facilitation services for motor insurance, roadtax renewal, and related processing services. By making payment, customers acknowledge and agree to this strict refund policy.

1. Strict No Cancellation Policy

• Once payment is successfully made, ALL orders are considered final and non-cancellable.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing all details before submitting payment.

• No cancellation requests will be entertained after order submission.

2. No Refund Policy (General Rule)

All payments made to INSUROMY are strictly non-refundable under normal circumstances.

This includes cases where the customer:

• Changes mind after payment

• Provides incorrect information

• Delays in submitting required documents

• No longer wishes to proceed

• Does not respond after submission

3. Exceptions (Very Limited Cases Only)

Refunds may only be considered at INSUROMY’s sole discretion in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate payment proven with valid transaction evidence

• Technical system error causing failed processing where no service was delivered

• Overcharged amount due to verified system mistake by INSUROMY

4. Processing Status = No Refund

Once an application has been:

• Submitted to insurer

• Submitted to JPJ system

• Or processing has started internally

👉 The order is considered fully delivered in progress and non-refundable.

5. Third-Party Delays & Rejections

INSUROMY is not responsible for:

• JPJ system downtime

• Insurance company approval delays

• Insurance rejection due to customer profile or eligibility

• Government system maintenance or issues

👉 These situations are not valid reasons for refunds.

6. Refund Approval Process (If Applicable)

If a refund is exceptionally approved:

• Processing time: 14–30 working days

• Refund method: original payment method only

• Administrative fee may be deducted where applicable

• INSUROMY reserves the right to determine final refundable amount

7. Fraud / Abuse Protection

INSUROMY reserves the right to:

• Reject refund requests suspected of abuse or fraud

• Block future transactions from customers with repeated refund claims

• Take necessary legal or recovery action if misuse is detected
